  1. Order Confirmation:

    • Upon placing a custom order with us, you will receive an order confirmation detailing the specifications, design, and any special requests provided for the custom product.

    • It is your responsibility to carefully review the order confirmation and tell us all of your specifications including but not limited to; size, dangle, stud, metal, hook, clip-on, design, etc.

  2. Design Approval:

    • For custom orders involving unique designs or artwork, we may provide design mock-ups or proofs for your approval before production begins. This allows for TWO changes to the designs we send. If additional changes are needed after the two free artwork changes additional costs will be added. If a complete re-work mock-up needs to be made because it is not to your satisfaction an additional charge will be added, this does not include the extra changes.

    • You are responsible for reviewing and approving the design proofs to confirm that they meet your requirements and specifications.

  3. Communication:

    • We encourage open communication throughout the custom order process. Any changes or modifications to the order must be communicated in writing (via email or other written communication channels) and acknowledged by both parties to avoid misunderstandings. If changes are being requested there will be additional costs.

  4. Customer Responsibilities:

    • You are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information when placing custom orders, including specifications, measurements, and design preferences.

    • It is your responsibility to review all order details, design proofs, and specifications provided before giving final approval for production.

  5. Quality Assurance:

    • We take pride in the quality of our custom products and strive to ensure that they meet or exceed your expectations.

    • In the rare event that a custom product does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and satisfactorily. This may cause additional costs.

  6. Limited Liability:

    • Our liability for errors or discrepancies in custom orders is limited to correcting or replacing the product to meet the original specifications as agreed upon by both parties in writing. This excludes any other modifications to the artwork agreed upon in writing at final proof and design.

    • We are not liable for errors or discrepancies resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you, including but not limited to measurements, design preferences, or spelling/grammar errors in personalized text.

  7. Shipping Rate:

    • We offer a set shipping rate for all custom orders, which is applied at the time of purchase.

    • The set shipping rate is determined based on factors such as package weight, destination, and shipping method.

  8. Non-Refundable Nature of Custom Orders:

    • Custom orders are non-refundable due to their personalized nature and the resources invested in their production.
