If additional changes are needed after the two free artwork changes additional costs will be added. If a complete re-work mock-up needs to be made because it is not to your satisfaction an additional charge will be added, this does not include the extra changes.

    • You are responsible for reviewing and approving the design proofs to confirm that they meet your requirements and specifications.

  3. Communication:

    • We encourage open communication throughout the custom order process. Any changes or modifications to the order must be communicated in writing (via email or other written communication channels) and acknowledged by both parties to avoid misunderstandings. If changes are being requested there will be additional costs.
